GMO–Bioengineered Free Statement 
Flavors manufactured by Flavor Development Corporation do not contain genetically modified organisms or animal derivatives. As specified in the National Bioengineered disclosure standard published on December 20, 2018.

No Added Sugar Statement
Flavors manufactured by Flavor Development Corporation do not contain added sugar, corn syrup solids or artificial sweeteners.

Diacetyl-Free Statement
Flavors manufactured by Flavor Development Corporation do not contain Diacetyl.

Flavor Storage 
Store in full, tight containers in dry area at room temperature. Avoid exposure to excessive heat and sunlight. Under recommended storage conditions, best used within one year from date of manufacture.

GRAS
Ingredients approved for use in flavors by the Food and Drug Administration or are listed as being generally recognized as safe (GRAS) on a reliable published industry association list.

Allergen–Gluten Free Statement
Flavor products that are manufactured and sold by Flavor Development Corporation do not contain any wheat or gluten products, wheat, rye, barley or their derivatives, animal by-products, milk products, dairy products, dairy derivatives, eggs, egg products, soy, soy products, seeds, tree nuts, peanut products, sesame, and other legumes or seafood products, fish or shellfish, celery, mustard, palm oil, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

The Food Allergy Safety, Treatment, Education & Research Act has added sesame to the list of major food allergens.

Please be advised that our entire facility is free of any allergens; therefore, none of our equipment is used to process products containing allergens.

Vegan Statement
Flavor products that are manufactured and sold by Flavor Development Corporation do not contain animal by-products, milk products, dairy products, dairy derivatives, eggs, egg products or seafood products, fish or added sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

Continuing Guarantee Under The Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act

Accepted Answer

Flavor Development Corporation guarantees, as of the date of each shipment or delivery, that the articles listed in the shipment are not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and are not articles which may not, under the provisions of Section 404 or 505 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.

The products sold are not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the statutes of any state of the United States in which the definitions of adulteration and misbranding are substantially the same as set for under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. The articles comprising each shipment or other delivery are not misbranded under the Hazardous Substance Act.

Pursuant to Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 101.22(a), Flavor Development Corporation, certifies that the products listed as a ‘flavor’ as defined in the above listed regulation and may be labeled as such. Pursuant to Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 101.22 (i)(4), we also certify that the materials listed are an approved flavoring substance and deemed to be “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS) by the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA) Expert Panel pursuant to the authority granted in Section 201(s) of Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and/or is approved by the Food and Drug administration under 21 CRR Sections 172.510, 182.10, 182.20, 182.30, 182.40, or 182.50.
